Antarctic Research Vessel
All hands on deck! We’re off to do important research in freezing cold Antarctica and we need your help!
Along our journey you’ll see penguins on the ice and swimming underneath the ship’s hull. You can measure your wingspan against some huge native birds or check out the humpback whale breaching out of the water.
Once you find your sea legs, why not throw on a captain’s hat and climb up to the helm where you use the two-way radio to talk to the researchers in the field tent, steer the ship or blast the horn!
Learn through play
The Antarctica Research Vessel inspires curiosity in an unknown world. You’ll learn about the different animals that around Antarctica and get to use your imagination in creative role-playing by taking the role of researcher, scientist or crew.
