SEE OUR NSW SCHOOL TERM OPENING HOURS HERE!

Can I make an online booking?

Online bookings are preferred to confirm your attendance. Walk-ins are accepted (but not guaranteed) and will depend on normal building capacity limits at the time of your visit. We highly encourage you to book online during peak periods, including school holidays, and for special events.

I’m a member, can I make a booking online?

Members are highly encouraged to book using the online checkout and register all guests, including those under 12 months. Anyone listed on your membership is entitled to book for free. This guarantees your entry ticket for the day. On some occasions, we may reach a capacity limit and entry is not guaranteed.

I have a made an online booking but can no longer make it. What should I do?

We understand that plans change. We do ask that you contact the Discovery Space if you cannot make your booking date by emailing [email protected]. If you have paid for entry but cannot attend, you can contact us to reschedule. If you notify us before your scheduled booking date you can also receive a full refund. You will then be contacted via phone to process the refund (as we require your credit card details).

Do you offer birthday parties with reserved spaces/rooms?

Regretfully, we are no longer offer dedicated birthday party packages.

Can I bring helium balloons to the Discovery Space?

Due to building safety requirements, helium balloons are not permitted in the Discovery Space, inclusive of our outdoor spaces (Discovery Gardens and Circle Garden). This is due to sensors in our building that if impacted, will activate a full building evacuation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We say YES to BYO. You are welcome to bring your own food to the Discovery Space. We kindly ask that food and drinks be consumed outside in our Discovery Gardens or in the Circle Garden. Please be mindful of putting recyclables, rubbish and food waste in the correct bins provided.
