We are excited to welcome you to the Discovery Space community! We encourage all new members to familiarise themselves with our Membership Terms and Conditions to learn about the benefits of membership at the Discovery Space!
RENEWING MEMBERS
No need to use your current membership number when renewing online, just your contact details! You may enter the discount code RENEW to receive 20% off general memberships. As per our Membership Terms and Conditions, this discount only applies to named members on the membership (not transferable passes).
We do not reccommend renewing your membership in advance, as your memberships 12-month period begins on the date of purchase. To ensure you receive a full year of play, please renew your membership after your current membership expires. If you aren’t sure when your membership expires, please call our friendly Visitor Services Team on (02) 4221 3777 during our business hours.
THINKING OF GIFTING A MEMBERSHIP?
Sharing is caring – but to ensure all members are aware of our Membership Terms and Conditions before entering the Discovery Space, purchasing memberships for a third party (e.g. friend, relative, colleague ect) is not permitted. Don’t worry – you can still give the gift of play with a gift voucher to the value of a membership, which can be purchased online or at our front desk!
A gift voucher allows the recipient to customise their membership to suit them, apply any valid discounts, and recieve a full 12-months of play (as memberships begin from date of purchase).
