From little things, big things grow…meet Dr Helen Georgiou!

Dr Helen Georgiou is a UOW researcher and academic with a PhD in Physics! Her passion lies in revolutionising Science and STEM Education, embarking on a transformative journey to make STEM fields more accessible, especially for women. Through her work with the WISE Project (Women in Stem and Entrepreneurship) Dr Georgiou and her team secured significant funding to uplift women in STEM across various levels – ranging from schools to universities and business leadership!
