Dive into a world of imagination and discovery at the newly relaunched “The Pod” experience at Early Start Discovery Space!

The Pod is a boundless realm of unstructured, open-ended play—a place where children and their grown-ups embark on a journey of digital exploration, alongside a treasure trove of hands-on resources and materials, all designed to inspire rich and diverse play experiences.

Imagine every surface of this expansive space coming alive with carefully curated digital content, sparking children’s curiosity and encouraging them to rearrange, redesign, and tinker with endless possibilities.

From October 30 until November 26, The Pod will be brought to life with captivating digital content as part of our exciting collaboration with Bundanon on place-based arts experiences.

But that’s not all! Before October 23rd, we’re inviting our incredible community of educators, children, and their adults to share their own video content, answering the thought-provoking question, “How does water move?”

This unique content, showcasing diverse water experiences from our community, will be displayed in The Pod—a living gallery capturing the essence of ‘water’ in our lives.

Children and their grown-ups can immerse themselves in this digital journey and explore the ‘water’ gallery through hands-on play opportunities with loose parts.

Not only does this offer an incredible adventure, but it also prompts children to reflect on their own water experiences, which they can draw upon when participating in our inspiring art making experiences.
